DESCRIPTION:With a different topic each month\, this lunchtime discussion group focuses on the timeless truths found in the Bible to equip leaders with answers to difficult questions in their personal\, spiritual\, and professional lives.\n\nOur guest speaker is Chuck Groover\, Senior Pastor at Victory Baptist Church\, speaking on the topic "Are You Engaged In A Great Work?" based on Nehemiah 6:1-9. Brother Chuck will discuss the importance of acknowledging our work and remaining  focused when faced with distractions that threaten the successful completion of our work. \n\n\n\n\nBefore assuming his full-time position as pastor at Victory Baptist\, Brother Chuck served as a bi-vocational pastor and teacher at Mt. Juliet High School. Brother Chuck is an active participant with the Wilson County Baptist Association and the Tennessee Baptist Convention\, where he has been privileged to serve as President of the Convention's Executive Board. He is also active in the Mt. Juliet community where he has served as a member of the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors\, President of the Mt. Juliet Rotary Breakfast Club\, and is an active member of the Mt. Juliet Ministerial Alliance.\n\n\n\n This program is free and lunch is provided for a $5 donation. Due to limited seating\, registration is preferred.
