Tracy is in the "people development business\," with a special passion to empower and equip women to identify\, pursue\, and realize their potential. She works with businesses\, leadership teams and individuals to accomplish long and short term goals\, improve communication\, develop leaders\, and build a culture of excellence. \n\n\n\n\n\nTracy spent 25 years in education as a teacher\, principal\, and superintendent of schools in upstate New York and Texas. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish\, a Masters Degree in Education and Technology\, and she studied at Harvard's Graduate School of Education. She is co-founder and editor of a magazine for Spanish teachers. On a personal note\, Tracy is an ecstatically proud mother of her daughter\, Morgan who lives in Georgia with her husband and adorable 1 year old son.
