DESCRIPTION:Our topic this month is "My Dream Journey". Our speaker this month will be Tracy Davison\, Leadership and Professional Development Coach with Davison Development Group. Join us as we discuss our wins\, speedbumps\, next steps\, and advice from others moving forward!\n\n\n\n\n\nTracy Davison is a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach\, Trainer and Speaker with a focus on Leadership\, Communication\, and Personal Development. Tracy is in the "people development business\," with a special passion to empower and equip women to identify\, pursue\, and realize their potential.  She works with businesses\, leadership teams and individuals to accomplish long and short term goals\, improve communication\, develop leaders\, and build a culture of excellence. She spent 25 years in education as a teacher\, principal\, and superintendent of schools in upstate New York and Texas. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish\, a Masters Degree in Education and Technology\, and she studied at Harvard's Graduate School of Education. She is co-founder and editor of a magazine for Spanish teachers.  Tracy is from  New York and lives in Mt. Juliet.  She enjoys helping others\, traveling\, live music\, and visiting any warm beach! \n\n\n\nJoin us for great fun\, food\, and fellowship with other women in our business community.
