Teams bike 9 miles\, canoe 2 miles and trail run or walk for 2 miles around Couchville Lake. Compete in all sports or divide them up among your team like a relay. Awards are based on enthusiasm versus speed. Costumes and team themes are optional but lots of fun! All proceeds benefit the Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association (TSRA) and river conservation projects.
