Race teams bike 9 miles\, tandem canoe 2 miles and trail run or walk 2 miles within Long Hunter State Park in Hermitage\, TN. Time and distance are up to you. Complete all three sports or divide them up like a relay. Costumes and team themes are optional but lots of fun. All proceeds benefit the Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association and river conservation projects in our state.
