DESCRIPTION:Increase your understanding of how to work ON your business\n\nto help it grow in a productive\, successful way. \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis group meets for an hour each week for a 6-week series\, using the book "The Emyth Revisited" by Michael Gerber as the basis for our discussions. \n\n \n\nMost small businesses fail because owners are "technicians" (skilled at the work) rather than entrepreneurs (skilled at building a business). It teaches owners to work on their business\, not in it\, by creating systems and adopting a franchising mindset\, allowing the business to run independently.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber will provide you with a complimentary copy of the book! This class is led by Lee Campbell.\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: If WCS are closed due to inclement weather\, programs starting prior to 11:00 AM will be cancelled. Cancellation for programs starting after 11:00 will be determined not later than the morning of the program. \n\n\n\n\n\nDisclaimer:  As a non-profit organization\, the Mt.
