Homeschool Day: Mapping the Frontier
After Lewis and Clark completed their monumental journey to the Pacific, Americans everywhere were eager for new maps that helped them understand the incredible size of the nation. Making a map requires math, science, and art skills. Join us for activities that teach us how to measure, draw, scale, and print maps! Activities are designed for students ages 5-11. Tickets are $11/student and $22/adults. Mansion tours are not included but they can be added for a fee, subject to availability. Family rates are available for up to one adult and three children. Picnic space is available and leashed dogs are welcome. To guarantee your spot, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Walk-up tickets are subject to availability
