HONORING AMERICA'S FLAG
What is Honoring America's Flag? This event features a display of a field of American flags attached to 8' poles installed in a grid on a one-acre site at the corner of East Division Street and North Mount Juliet Road. It is intended to be a moving tribute to the men and women who are now serving or have served in the military branches of the United States of America or to any flag loving American. Flag sponsors will have th option of honoring a specific former or present member of the military or a POW/MIA. Flags with an Honoree will bear an identifying label.
Goal: Proceeds from this event will be used by The Exchange Club of West Wilson County and American Legion Tyler Cates Post 281 to provide services and support to serving military members, verterans, their families and other identified needs within Wilson County.
Sales: Sponsorship levels suitable for major corportations, small businesses, civic groups, and individuals have been established. The levels and the numbers of flags each represents are:
Opening Ceremony is Friday, June 13th, 2014 at 11:00 am
Closing Ceremony is Sunday, June 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm
