Thousands of native plants for sale May 20, Cedars of Lebanon State Park rain or shine LEBANON, Tenn. —More than 130 species of locally grown native plants will be offered for sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 20 at the Assembly Hall of Cedars of Lebanon State Park, 328 Cedar Forest Road, Lebanon, Tenn. 37090. Master Gardeners of Wilson County will be available to answer questions about native plants, and Rita Venable, author of Butterflies of Tennessee, will lead a tour of the butterfly garden at the park. Free information on Tennessee Smart Yards, planting for pollinators, and keystone plants will be offered. The sale makes available to Middle Tennessee gardeners hard-to-source native plants that have co-evolved with the moths, butterflies, and other pollinators crucial to the ecological food web.
