Tina L. Doniger is a seasoned nonprofit executive and community strategist with more than 25 years of experience leading organizations through growth, transformation, and measurable impact. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, she is widely recognized for her leadership as Chief Executive Officer of the Community Resource Center, Middle Tennessee’s only Hygiene Hub. During her tenure, she led a significant organizational turnaround, scaling distribution to more than 1.7 million hygiene products annually across 500 locations throughout the region. She also guided the organization through pivotal moments in Middle Tennessee, including multiple natural disasters, the COVID-19 pandemic response, and CRC’s role in long-term community recovery efforts.
Today, Tina serves as Chief Executive Officer of Saddle Up!, where she is leading the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. With a deep commitment to expanding access and reducing barriers for children and young adults with disabilities, she is focused on strengthening programs, supporting families, and advancing Saddle Up!’s mission through strategic vision, community partnerships, and thoughtful expansion.
A respected leader in the nonprofit and civic sectors, Tina has been recognized through numerous honors, including Leadership Nashville’s Class of 2025, multiple years on the Nashville Post InCharge list, Nashville Business Journal Woman of Influence, Bank of America Neighborhood Builder (2024), and a Model Behavior honoree from nFocus.
