Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who want to build their careers in a dynamic, supportive environment. If you’re passionate about helping people protect what matters most and want to advance your sales and customer service expertise, we want to meet you!


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior sales or insurance experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential clients.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty License (must be obtained after hire).
  • Life & Health License (must be obtained after hire).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about coverage options.
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Participate in collaborative team meetings and ongoing training.
  • Maintain a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.

  • Competitive Compensation: salary + commission/bonus

  • Licensing Reimbursement: For licensing expenses after three months of employment.

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
