Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Alpha & Omega Computer Consultants, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by promoting our comprehensive range of managed IT services and solutions. Your experience in selling for an MSP and your ability to develop and expand a sales organization will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior sales staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the IT Managed Services industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT managed services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network management, and IT support.
- Experience in building or developing a sales organization is a significant plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
