Preston is the owner of ASW Solutions, LLC, a Commercial General Contracting company. He previously held the position of Vice President, Construction and Facilities, while working at Portillo's Hot Dogs, Inc. for 3 years. Before this, Preston held the position of Senior Director, Facilities and Construction, at Cracker Barrel for 4 years. He also served Cracker Barrel as Director of Facilities for 2 years and as Facility Services Project Manager for 2 years. Preston is a retired US Army Engineer Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) with a Bachelor's Degree from West Point and a Master's Degree from University, Missouri Rolla in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, licensed General Contractor, and licensed Realtor.
