Zach Andreasen is an Environmental Manager at LaBella Associates in Nashville. He has more than 10 years of experience as an environmental consultant providing due diligence services to identify and resolve concerns relative to site soil, groundwater and soil vapor conditions. Zach has extensive experience interacting and negotiating with regulatory agencies to establish strategies for site characterization/remediation, and has performed environmental assessments in over 25 states. He has enhanced knowledge of Brownfield processes in Tennessee, and works closely with design engineers, developers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, contractors, and municipalities to develop cleaner sites for our Middle TN communities.
