Association Project Manager
M3 Events is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Association Project Manager to support the management and operations of multiple professional associations and nonprofit organizations. This position serves as a key liaison between M3 Events, volunteer leaders, boards of directors, committees, members, and stakeholders while ensuring projects, programs, meetings, events, and strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and enjoys working with volunteer-led organizations. Implementing professional development and continuing education programs for the associations is an important component of the role; however, the primary focus is on overall association management, project coordination, member engagement, governance support, and organizational operations. This position is in office (no remote work) in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and requires a professional who can effectively manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining exceptional service standards.
