Entry-Level Production Associate - Mt Juliet

We are seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring products are prepared, packaged, and handled efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and productivity. The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to work, follows instructions well, and can stay focused while performing repetitive production tasks. Production Associates will perform general food production duties, which may include assembling, packaging, labeling, inspecting, and preparing products according to established procedures. This role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and maintain a clean and organized work area. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous manufacturing experience is not required. We are especially interested in candidates who are available to start immediately, are dependable, and are comfortable working in a production environment.
